Every 2-3 weeks: Zelensky announced regular military aid from the USA.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky told Ukrainian media about strengthening cooperation with the USA and Ukraine's approach to NATO. According to him, Ukraine has reached an agreement with the USA on the regular provision of aid packages.
"We will receive army enhancement packages every two to three weeks. I won't go into details. The packages, I think, will be large, from half a billion to 750 million dollars. This is to maximally strengthen Ukraine in the coming months - October-December," the head of state noted.
Zelensky also reported that he is expecting a visit from the White House team to Ukraine soon. He emphasized the need for answers from the USA regarding Ukraine's invitation to NATO and the strengthening of the Ukrainian army.
The President emphasized that Ukraine is currently approaching NATO, especially thanks to US support. However, he noted that some leading countries remain skeptical and are not ready to completely close the door to Russia.
Zelensky also spoke about successes in cooperation with European partners. He announced that the Ukrainian brigade "Anna Kiyivska", trained by France, will be ready by November. "France is ahead of other countries in strengthening brigades," the President noted.
