Delicious Dinner in 45 Minutes: Chicken Drumsticks with Cabbage in the Oven.
This dish will be a real lifesaver when you need to quickly prepare a delicious homemade dinner. Juicy meat soaked in spices and tender vegetables are cooked together in the oven, requiring no extra effort from you. The perfect option for those who want to feed their family tasty food without spending a long time by the stove.

You will need:
- chicken drumsticks — 5–6 pcs;
- white cabbage — 1 kg;
- carrot — 1 pc;
- bell pepper — 1 pc;
- onion — 1 pc;
- curry — 1 tsp;
- salt, pepper — to taste;
- butter — 30 g.
Cooking Method
Wash and dry the chicken drumsticks. Season with salt, pepper, add curry and rub the meat well with the spices. Let them marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Finely shred the cabbage, lightly salt it, and knead it by hand until soft. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the onion into half-rings or quarter rings.
Combine all the vegetables in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Prepare a baking sleeve: tie one end, place the vegetable mixture inside, and then add the chicken drumsticks on top. Place a small piece of butter on each drumstick. Tie the other end of the sleeve.
Place the preparation in a baking dish and put it in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Bake for about 40–45 minutes until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
After cooking, carefully cut open the sleeve, let the dish cool slightly, and serve it hot. You can complement it with fresh herbs or your favorite sauce.
