Today we will talk about oven-baked chicken cutlets that come out tender, juicy, and crispy. These cutlets are very easy to prepare, and thanks to the butter and tender minced meat, they melt in your mouth. This is the perfect option for a hearty dinner for the whole family.

For this recipe you will need:
- chicken meat (thighs without skin and bones) — 1 kg;
- white bread or Panko breadcrumbs — 180 g;
- cream or milk — 150 g;
- onion — 2 pcs;
- garlic — 2 cloves;
- eggs — 2 pcs;
- salt — 2 tsp (level);
- ground black pepper — 1 tsp or to taste;
- butter (from the freezer) — 80 g;
- breadcrumbs — for coating;
- vegetable oil — for greasing.
Cooking Method
First, soak the bread or Panko breadcrumbs in cream or milk and leave for a few minutes to swell. Then, mince the chicken meat along with the onion and garlic for a rich aroma.
Add eggs, salt, pepper, soaked bread, and mix well until homogeneous. Grate the frozen butter on a large grater and quickly incorporate it into the cutlet mixture for juiciness.
Form cutlets from the minced meat, coat them in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25–30 minutes until golden.
