In our research, we compared home and factory chicken to identify the factors affecting the quality of the product. It turned out that nutrition plays an important role in shaping the flavor properties of chicken meat. In particular, producers at TM 'Nasha Ryaba' note that they control all aspects of poultry farming - from feed selection to housing conditions. As a result, their chickens have the opportunity to roam, receive necessary nutrients, and feel comfortable, which affects the quality of the meat. Thus, as we can see, raising chickens for meat production is a complex process that requires attention to every detail, from nutrition to housing conditions. Proper attention to these aspects allows producers to control product quality and provide consumers with safe and tasty chicken.
