Financial Aid for Participants of the 'Health Screening 40+' Program

According to Novyny.live: Individuals enrolled in Ukraine’s 'Health Screening 40+' initiative must spend their allocated funds by June 30, 2026. Under the program’s rules, citizens aged 40 and older qualify for a 2000 hryvnia payment. Those who received the money before May 1 are required to use it by the cutoff date; otherwise, the funds will be returned to the state budget. This initiative is part of broader efforts to encourage preventive healthcare among older adults.

For participants who received their financial aid after May 1, a two-month spending window remains available. Starting July 1, 2026, the accounts where the money was deposited will be frozen, and any unspent balance will automatically revert to the national treasury.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Health stated: 'On July 1, the account will be blocked, and the money will automatically return to the state budget.'

Cashback and Spending Deadlines

Additionally, users of the 'National Cashback' program must also use their accumulated rewards by June 30, 2026. Cashback payments for purchases made in May will be issued in July. These timelines are crucial to follow in order to prevent fund forfeiture and make the most of the financial assistance.

This information is essential for program participants, as timely spending helps avoid losses. The 'Health Screening 40+' program aims to support the health of older citizens, potentially improving overall medical care standards in Ukraine. It is vital that participants stay informed about spending deadlines and program terms to fully benefit from the opportunities provided.
