The euro exchange rate fell by 23 kopecks: NBU established official rates on December 8.
According to ТСН: The National Bank announced the official exchange rates for the upcoming Monday. The dollar decreased in price by 13 kopecks, the euro became cheaper by 23 kopecks, and the Polish zloty fell by 6 kopecks.
