“The shop will close.” A specialist in communication and EW warned Ukrainian drone manufacturers about new challenges on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The first Ukrainian drone that reached the Kremlin caused a great resonance. But now news about drone raids on Russian territory have become commonplace. How well did the Russian air defense accept these threats? This was explained by specialist Sergey Beskrestnov, known as Flash.

The fact is that it is impossible to determine the exact number of drones that were sent and that reached their destination. Perhaps all reached, or perhaps only a few of them. Therefore, it is difficult to assess their effectiveness. However, we haven’t heard of any raid from the central regions of the Russian Federation, particularly from Moscow and the Moscow region.

This indicates that the Russian side managed to deploy electronic warfare and build air defense, including mobile groups. Now we can enter their territory only because the Russians taught us to counteract drones, but they themselves are just learning this, - explained Beskrestnov.

He also noted that the Russian side is more vulnerable as it has a much larger technological infrastructure than Ukraine. Therefore, Ukrainian defenders can find numerous strategic targets for attacks throughout Russia.

Currently, we have not yet attacked their substations and other key objects. The likelihood that the Russians will close the sky over the entire country is very low. We have already produced a significant number of dipstrikes thanks to various manufacturers, - said Beskrestnov.

However, he noted that the summer successes may soon come to an end, and manufacturers should think about new navigation technologies, such as replacing satellite navigation with inertial systems. The enemy will complicate their systems to combat drones, - warned Beskrestnov.

Let us remind you that with the appearance of more EW means on the front, new needs arise in the development and use of drones in various directions.

Recently, the Russians have used many drones to exhaust the air defenses in Kyiv. This may indicate that a missile attack on the capital may soon occur.

Beskrestnov also reported that since the beginning of August, the Russians started using “Gerber” drones. They are cheap drones, not equipped with a warhead, and their task is to confuse the air defense.
