The mobile operator lifecell is changing the service conditions for its subscribers. Starting from July 23, 2025, the cost of outgoing calls to landline numbers and other networks in Ukraine will increase. The new price will be 3 UAH for each minute of conversation. This pricing will apply to certain tariff plans.
New cost of outgoing calls
Previously, Ukrainians paid 2 UAH for each minute of conversation. Now, the price will rise to 3 UAH per minute for calls to landline numbers or other networks, except for lifecell. The changes affect such tariff plans as 'Business Startup/Team/Impulse/Active/Progress' and others.

In addition, lifecell offers additional services to increase the number of available minutes. For example, the 'Economical Calls' service allows ordering from 50 to 200 minutes at favorable prices. There is also a service 'Week of Conversations' with unlimited calls in the network for seven days for 40 UAH.
What else should Ukrainians know
Kyivstar subscribers can also take advantage of budget offers, and Vodafone offers discounts on tariff plans after transferring the number to their network. Such actions will allow saving money on communication.
