How to use the service?
To activate the service, a user must send an SMS to the number 124 with the recipient's number and the text 'SOS'. You can also use the My lifecell app. There is an option to transfer bonuses by entering the corresponding combination with the amount of bonuses.
'True friendship is tested not by distance, but by the willingness to support even when the balance is zero,' the company lifecell emphasizes.
Cost and purpose of the service
The price of one bonus is 1 UAH, and the cost of the service starts from 3 UAH. Payment is deducted from the account of the person providing assistance, making the process simpler and more accessible for all users.
