Storm Emi Paralyzed Trains to London: Liverpool Fans in Despair.
According to The Sun: Liverpool fans who planned to attend the match against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge faced serious difficulties due to train cancellations that occurred hours before the game began.
Storm Emi caused damage to the railway infrastructure, resulting in the suspension of train services from Liverpool Lime Street and Runcorn stations.

Other fans may try to get to Liverpool Central station, which will lead to overcrowding on the trains that are still running.
It is clear that fans are frustrated by the situation despite the challenging circumstances.
A yellow wind warning has been issued in most areas of the UK due to Storm Emi, which is bringing winds of 45-55 miles per hour, according to the Met Office.
This has not gone unnoticed by some fans, who are expressing their outrage on social media. One wrote:
“Merseyrail are a joke.”
Another fan added:
“Public transport in this country is a joke.”
Those arriving at Euston station will also face difficulties due to a partial closure of the District line.
Chelsea warned fans that this weekend the District line will be closed west of the Embankment station.
Thus, Fulham Broadway station will be unavailable for fans wanting to get to the match at Stamford Bridge.
The Circle line is also not operational from Edgware Road to Tower Hill, further limiting options for fans.
