Luke Littler on Manchester United's rout: We need to look at the players, not just the coach.
According to The Sun: Luke Littler admitted he found it funny supporting Manchester United, only to watch them get routed by rivals Manchester City.
The 3-0 defeat in the derby at 'Etihad' has become another nightmare for Ruben Amorim, whose team has not won a match in four consecutive games and currently sits 14th in the Premier League table.

Many fans are calling for the Portuguese coach to be sacked, but Littler thinks it is unfair to lay all the blame solely on him.
Littler's Comments
At the opening of the new Target Darts store in central Manchester, the world champion remarked:
“Well, obviously, when looking back, I thought we might get a result [against City].
“Obviously not. But it’s United.”
Despite the uncertainty surrounding Amorim's future, Littler believes the team's problems run much deeper than just the coach's work.
He also added:
“People are saying ‘Amorim out’, but we need to focus on the players. Some of them, in my opinion, don’t fit the system.”
“I think it’s going to be very tough, but I hope we make it into the Top 8 of the Conference League.”
This statement, while not entirely backing Amorim, hints that the former Sporting coach could be the right choice for the team if given time.
Upcoming Challenges
The next opponent will be the champion club Chelsea, who will come to 'Old Trafford' this weekend, as the pressure on Amorim continues to mount.
Fortunately for Littler, he might not witness the rout as he will be playing in the Hungarian Darts Trophy tournament at that time, which he missed last year.
With a packed darts schedule, the teenager is preparing for one of the most intense periods of his season.
“There are two more big tournaments this week: Euro Tour and the European Championship.”
Luke Littler, having become the youngest holder of the world championship trophy, also expresses tremendous support and pride for the rising popularity of darts.

Littler emphasized:
“I know I have significantly changed this game, but for Target, this is probably one of the biggest achievements.”
At the age of 18, Luke became the youngest world champion, indicating his significant impact on darts.
Manchester United's significant problems are prompting fans to discuss potential changes in the team's structure. Meanwhile, Luke Littler's successes in darts highlight his growing popularity and a new level of interest in the sport. It will be important to monitor how events unfold in both spheres, as they relate to global trends in the world of competitive sports.
