Luke Littler won the world championship in darts: what is known about the young champion.
Luke Littler became the youngest world champion in darts
According to The Sun: Luke Littler, smiling sweetly, asked for the match board after his victory at the world darts championship.
At just 17 years old, he has already defeated three-time world champion Michael van Gerwen, winning the trophy in January.
ReutersThus, Littler became the youngest world champion in history, correcting the mistake of his loss to Luke Humphries in last year's final.
This incredible victory of Littler became part of a new series by Matchroom: The Greatest Showmen, which highlights the activities of father and son Eddie and Barry Hearn.
In footage from the Netflix show, you can see the star from Warrington shouting 'Woo' after the press conference.
“What is the likelihood of getting the match board?”
It has not been confirmed whether the world champion managed to get this unique souvenir.
Littler is not the only sports superstar appearing in the documentary series. Among others, you can see Ronnie O'Sullivan, Anthony Joshua, Katie Taylor, and Conor Benn.
During the show, Barry, 77, showcased his two tattoos.

“The first? It's Las Vegas. Eddie said it's the worst tattoo he has ever seen.”
“Five years later, I came back and got another one.”
“There are only two words that make sense to me in the world. Family and life.”
“And now, of course, Eddie is extremely envious.”
“He won't admit it, but he would love to have a tattoo.”
Throughout the six episodes of the show, Barry also expressed where he would like to be buried after death. Discussing this with his son Eddie while fishing, the elder Hearn said: “This is my place. This is my final resting place. And I think when I go, my ashes can be left here.”
“What, in the lake?”
“Put them in the lake.”
“Maybe instead of cremating, I can just throw you in whole and attach a tag.”
“And then, when we clean the lake, we could retrieve you and check how you are doing.”
