Maguchikh revealed how many more Olympics she plans to participate in.
The 23-year-old Ukrainian athlete and Olympic champion Yaroslava Maguchikh spoke about her plans for future Olympic Games. She stated that she plans to participate in two more Olympics - in Australia in 2032 and another one when she will be 31 years old. According to her, this will be the last opportunity for her to compete in the Olympic Games.
Maguchikh also spoke about her new goals - she wants to win more gold medals and become a two-Time Olympic champion. She also intends to break the Olympic record in high jump - 2.06 meters.
In 2024, Maguchikh set a new world record in high jump and also became an Olympic champion. She also won other tournaments, including the European Championship and the Diamond League final. The only tournament where she did not win gold was the World Championship in Glasgow, but she became a silver medalist.
