According to The Sun: MANCHESTER CITY honored the memory of the fan who tragically died while traveling with the team to Spain. Guy Bredshaw was in Benidorm with friends to support 'City' during the Champions League match against Villarreal on Tuesday night. Unfortunately, he did not make it to the match.
“Guy was a dedicated supporter, and his presence at matches always meant a lot to us,” the club's statement said.
The club expressed its condolences to Bredshaw's family and friends:
“Everyone at Manchester City is deeply saddened by this loss and supports his loved ones during this difficult time.”
