Tyrell Malacia's Training

According to The Sun: Tyrell Malacia returns to training with Manchester United today.

The player, who was part of the 'bomb squad', was instructed to appear for training at the Carrington base at separate times, away from the first team.

The 26-year-old player has attracted attention from Roma, Elche, and clubs from the Saudi league, but remains at Manchester United as all overseas transfer windows have now closed.

The club's head coach Ruben Amorim noted that initially Malacia would train with the U21 team, but now he is returning to the first team.

Sources within the club claim that Malacia's return to the squad was planned in advance and is not related to the team's poor results.

Season Issues

Marcus Rashford, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho, and Jadon Sancho, other members of the 'bomb squad', have already found new clubs, either permanently or on loan.

Malacia has entered the final year of his contract, and if he does not leave United during the winter transfer window, he may be released next year.

The left-back has not played for 550 days due to knee problems that required two surgeries, and he was substituted in four of the five starts under Amorim last season.

Malacia's last match for the 'Red Devils' was on January 30, after which he was loaned to PSV Eindhoven, where he played only five matches.

Man United signed left-back Patrick Dorguva from Lecce for £30 million, but the Danish international has yet to impress with his performance.

Malacia was signed by former United manager Erik ten Hag in July 2022 after he impressed in a match against Antony in Ajax-Feyenoord.

United has had a poor start to the season, and the 3-1 defeat to Brentford last weekend increased the pressure on manager Amorim.

Last season, the team finished unsatisfactorily in 15th place, and it was expected that they would improve their results this time.

However, given their current form, it will be hard to improve their position this season.

In recent months, the situation at Manchester United has become quite complicated. Tyrell Malacia's return to the first team promises to bring positive changes, but the team still feels the burden of a poor start to the season. How this new phase for Malacia and the team will unfold will soon be revealed in upcoming matches, as the Mancunians aim to improve their positions in the league table.
