Andre Onana received an offer from Trabzonspor: transfer details.
Andre Onana feels support after joining Trabzonspor
According to The Sun: Andre Onana, who failed to establish himself at Manchester United, is once again 'feeling the love' after joining Trabzonspor on loan.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper plans to return to Old Trafford for the next preseason training camp in the summer.
AFPOnana moved to Trabzonspor for the season last month, and the Turkish club is fully covering his salary of £170,000 per week.
The goalkeeper left United after two years, and his last match was remembered for multiple mistakes in a League Cup defeat against Grimsby Town in August.
Sources close to Onana admitted that he struggled with psychological difficulties after a tough time in Manchester, where he played 102 matches.
Now Onana feels more relaxed and confident at Trabzonspor, which is second in the Turkish league, trailing only the champions Galatasaray.
The Cameroonian has played four matches for his new club, keeping a clean sheet in a recent match against Kayserispor, where Trabzonspor won 4-0.
The club is so impressed with his performances that they are considering making the loan permanent.
Experienced sources report that Onana needed support from the club and fans after a tough time at United.
Some United fans booed Onana during the match against Grimsby, and less than a week later, the club signed goalkeeper Senne Lammens.
Lammens, 23, impressed everyone on his debut, helping United defeat Sunderland 2-0 at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Onana acknowledges that he had difficulties at United, where he conceded several goals that seemed saveable.
United head coach Ruben Amorim decided to field Altay Bayindir in the opening match of the season against Arsenal, although Onana had fully recovered and was ready to play.

Bayindir made an error in the 1-0 defeat to Arsenal but remained the first-choice goalkeeper until Lammens replaced him in the match against Sunderland.
Onana signed a contract with United until 2028.
It is important to note that Onana's stay at Trabzonspor could mark a new phase in his career. By regaining confidence in his relationship with the team and fans, he has the chance to return to United with renewed strength and positive experience. Many fans hope for his successful performance in the Turkish league, which could positively impact his future in top football. It is also curious whether clubs will take the opportunity to make a permanent deal with Onana. The question remains open.
