Massive Strike on Dnipropetrovsk Region: One Dead, Several Injured Including a 16-Year-Old Girl.
Attack on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
According to UATV: On June 14, 2023, Russian forces launched more than 30 strikes across the Dnipropetrovsk region. The assault left one man dead and three people wounded, all residents of the Nikopol district. Among the injured is a 16-year-old girl. Local authorities report that all three victims will receive outpatient treatment.
The shelling damaged multiple apartment buildings, an administrative office, a shopping center, a dental clinic, and a truck. In the Synelnykove district, further destruction was recorded, affecting:
- private homes
- a community center
- a kindergarten
- a school
- a car
A man was killed in this same district.
The Kryvyi Rih district also came under fire. Authorities are still gathering details on the full impact of the attack.
“All the injured are from the Nikopol district,” said Oleksandr Ganzha while commenting on the situation.
Ongoing Military Hostilities
This barrage is part of the continued military conflict in Ukraine, which continues to cause casualties and severe infrastructure damage. It is important to note that the victims once again highlight the vulnerability of civilians in active combat zones. Emergency services are working to clear debris and provide assistance to those affected.
