The Ministry of Ecology has banned the planting of certain tree species: full list.

According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine has announced a list of trees and plants that are strictly prohibited from being planted in Ukrainian forests. Prohibited species include Ailanthus altissima, Eleutherococcus senticosus, Juglans nigra, Quercus rubra, and others that were previously actively used in economic practice for the rapid restoration of forests.
