The minimum wage in Poland has reached 1100 euros: who earns more in the EU.

Over the last decade, Poland has significantly raised the minimum wage level. In 2025, the 'minimum wage' in this country is 1,100 euros (about 53 thousand hryvnias), making Poland only 9th among EU countries.
According to Eurostat, currently, the highest minimum wages in the EU are received by workers in Luxembourg, where the 'minimum wage' in 2025 amounts to 2,704 euros (130,576 UAH). Meanwhile, the lowest is in Bulgaria — only 551 euros per month (26,607 UAH).
From 2015 to 2025, the average salary in Poland has grown by 10.2% annually, which is one of the highest rates in the EU. However, even higher growth rates have been recorded in Romania, Lithuania, and Bulgaria. In the next year, the minimum wage in Poland will be increased by 3%, to 4,806 zlotys gross (54,595 UAH).
