The Ministry of Defense launches online registration for military accounting: how it will work.
According to ТСН: In Ukraine, it will soon be possible to register for military accounting without the need to visit territorial recruitment centers (TCC). The Ministry of Defense has begun beta testing a new feature in the mobile application 'Reserve+', which allows the procedure to be carried out remotely, reducing queues and bureaucratic hurdles.
According to the Ministry of Defense, this new service aims to significantly simplify the process for citizens and ease the workload of TCC and SP.
'Soon, some citizens will be able to register remotely, without personal visits to TCC and paperwork,' the Ministry of Defense noted.
Who can register online
This feature is currently available for men who are not yet registered and belong to the following categories:
Teens who will turn 17 in 2026;
Men aged 25 to 59 who for certain reasons are not yet registered.
The Ministry of Defense clarified that men aged 18 to 24, as well as women who need to register by profession, will not be able to use this feature at the moment and must contact TCC in person.
How to join the testing
The application submission process is as simplified as possible:
Fill out the registration form to participate.
Wait for an official invitation to your email.
Update 'Reserve+' to the latest version and follow the instructions in the app.
After successful registration, the user receives a digital document Reserve ID.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to implement a new system for the digital support of conscripts - 'Mobilized Check-in'. This project will provide complete tracking of each stage of the mobilization process, allowing to digitize the path from receiving a summons to arriving for service.
Earlier, it was reported that the mobile app 'Reserve+' will have notifications about the sending of summons. Thanks to these innovations, citizens will be able to save significant time and reduce the stress associated with administrative procedures.
