Ex-UFC star knocked out after fight: showed the consequences.
According to The Sun: The UFC legend Wanderlei Silva showed serious facial injuries after being knocked out in a major fight on Saturday.
Silva, 49, competed against world boxing champion Acelyn Freitas in São Paulo, Brazil, at Spaten Fight Night 2.

After this, a massive brawl broke out in the ring as Freitas's team erupted into chaos.

Silva found himself at the epicenter of the fight, and one of the strikes hit him in the face, causing him to lose consciousness.
He recently shared an update on Instagram, showing graphic images of his severely damaged and swollen face.
“Thank you all for your messages, I am not feeling well, I constantly feel dizzy and I have a headache that won't stop,”
“This week I will undergo more detailed tests to find out if I have any serious head injuries.”
In the video, Silva showed a severe bruise around his right eye, which cannot open due to the injury. He also has a cut on his nose with dried blood.
“Yesterday, in my fight against Popo, I received several warnings during the match, and in the 4th round I was ultimately disqualified,”
“After that, a general confusion broke out in the ring,”
“Although I was just trying to protect my son and calm the situation, I was cowardly hit, which led to me needing medical assistance.”
“I want to assure everyone: I am fine and under medical supervision.”

Silva is one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time, having shined in memorable bouts against Chael Sonnen, Michael Bisping, and Chuck Liddell.
The iconic fighter won 35 out of 51 fights, lost 14, one fight ended in a draw, and another was declared no contest.
