Ukrainian MP: Reported TCC Mobilization Clashes in 2025 Represent Under 2% of Cases.
Statement from MP Fedir Venislavskyi
According to TSN.ua: Ukrainian Member of Parliament Fedir Venislavskyi has stated that the actual number of conflicts with Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCCs) is lower than media reports suggest. He revealed that in 2025, approximately 6,000 complaints were filed regarding alleged misconduct by TCC representatives, while around 300,000 individuals were mobilized.
The Scale of Verified Conflicts
Venislavskyi emphasized that confirmed conflicts constitute less than 2% of the total number mobilized.
"I don't have precise data, but according to our experts' assessments, the number of actual conflict situations and the number being circulated in the mass media and social networks do not correlate," the MP noted.
By relating the number of complaints to the total mobilized, the figure is calculated to be under 2%. This indicates that, despite media coverage, the real level of tension between citizens and recruitment centers may be less severe than it appears externally. The ongoing conflict with Russia has made military mobilization a constant and highly sensitive issue for Ukrainian society.
This data could alter public perception of the mobilization process in Ukraine, as some media outlets may highlight conflicts that are minor relative to the overall scale. It is important to consider that objective data can help reduce public anxiety and improve communication between TCCs and society, which may subsequently influence future decisions regarding mobilization and military service.
