According to Espreso.tv: During a recent visit to Finland, Kenyan President held discussions with Finnish President Alexander Stubb on international political matters. Stubb emphasized the necessity of opening a dialogue with Vladimir Putin and suggested that the European Union could play a role in negotiations with Russia. As early as May 2023, he had already expressed his willingness to represent the EU in such talks.

“I believe these discussions should be led by the big players—namely France, Germany, and the United Kingdom,” he stated.Stubb also noted that Ukraine currently holds a strong position militarily, politically, and economically.
