The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to introduce new functionality for the «Reserve+» application to attract new users
Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Kateryna Chernogorenko announced that the Ministry of Defense plans to introduce new features in the «Reserve+» application, which will attract a few more million users.
In particular, the functionality of online recruitment will be implemented, as well as expanded capabilities regarding three types of deferrals.
"Now we are adding the option of online recruitment with the ability to sign a contract or mobilize in two clicks. We are working on three types of deferrals: these are large families, deferrals related to people with disabilities, and full-Time students," Chernogorenko said.
These new features will allow attracting a few more million users to the «Reserve+» application. Currently, 3.2 million people are using this application, and about 100 thousand users use it daily.
"For us, this is an indicative figure. And we will do everything to ensure that this figure grows. But as a team leader, and in consultation with other partners, I constantly say: if the product is needed and has important and useful features, it will grow organically," she summarized.
It is also worth noting that more than 900 thousand servicemen are already reserved from mobilization.
Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine simplified the reservation procedure for mobilization for certain categories of workers, such as carriers.
Key enterprises and those that work for the needs of the Security and Defense Forces have reserved about 160 thousand employees through the «Diia» application.
