The Security Service of Ukraine has recorded that the explosion of a car in the Kyiv district of Odesa is classified as a terrorist act. This is already the second such incident in the region recently, indicating a threat of terrorist activity. The 'Opel' car exploded, injuring a man who was inside.

The investigation has initiated inquiries under Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding terrorist acts. Law enforcement agencies are working at the scene to establish the circumstances and apprehend those responsible. The situation is considered serious and requires an enhancement of security measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

As a result, the explosion of a car in Odesa has already been qualified as a terrorist act, therefore a detailed investigation and increasing attention to security issues in this region is necessary.
