Automatic accounting of military conscripts: what violations are now mass detected.

According to ТСН: Ukraine continues mobilization, and territorial recruitment and social support centers detect many violations by military conscripts. What violations are more frequently recorded among men and which may become more popular in the future was explained by lawyer Roman Simutin, a specialist in mobilization legislation.

“Most often, it comes down to the fact that the application 'Reserve+' sends a conscript notifications of violations in the form of failure to appear for the summons to the TCC, failure to appear for the VLK, as well as refusal to undergo the VLK. Such messages are the most widespread,” says Roman Simutin.

According to him, after this, the man is declared wanted by the TCC. He also emphasized that the new introduction, which provides for automatic accounting for military service, will allow the TCC to receive information about most men who have not been registered for various reasons.

“Men will 'appear on the radars', after which the state will be able to determine what the Ukrainian mobilization resource actually is. It will see the real number. In fact, an electronic military ticket will be formed,” he says.

The lawyer also notes that if earlier a man was excluded from the military record and this was recorded in his paper military ticket, that person should contact the TCC to resolve discrepancies between paper and electronic documents.

“There is information that those who were excluded from the record somewhere before 2024, and the data about it were not entered into the electronic register — they were reinstated in the record. Such cases are very common,” says Simutin.

Deferral for fathers of many children: will the conditions be reviewed

It should be noted that there is currently a deferment from mobilization for men who have three or more underage children to support. However, information has appeared on social networks about a possible review of this norm, according to which deferment may be granted to men with four or more children.

Representative of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence Fedor Venislavsky reported that currently there are no legislative initiatives on this issue, and it is not being discussed in the committee.

Recall that earlier it was discussed, who will be called in January 2026. According to the law, even men under 59 years of age can be mobilized.

Thus, the current situation with mobilization in Ukraine remains tense. On the one hand, measures are being taken to improve the accounting of military conscripts, on the other hand, the issue of deferment for fathers of many children raises discussions among the public. Understanding these changes is important for both the men themselves and society as a whole.
