New Low-Cost Mobile Plans Hit the Market

According to Novyny.live: In July 2026, Ukraine's three major mobile operators—Kyivstar, Vodafone, and Lifecell—rolled out fresh budget-friendly monthly plans priced at up to 300 hryvnias. These options target consumers seeking affordable voice and internet packages amid rising living costs.

  • Kyivstar's 'VSY RAZOM Perevaha' Plan

Priced at 250 UAH per month, this package includes:

    • 20 GB of data
    • 1,200 minutes for calls within Ukraine
    • Unlimited on-network calling after using up the bundled minutes

A special 'Double the Data' promotion is available through August 31.

  • Vodafone's 'Flexx GO' Plan

Standard price is 420 UAH per month, but it drops to 280 UAH for customers who port in their number. Benefits include:

    • Unlimited data
    • 15 GB of roaming in 27 EU countries
    • 1,000 voice minutes
  • Lifecell's 'Lifeset M' Plan

At 175 UAH per month, this is the cheapest of the three. It offers:

    • 25 GB of data
    • 1,300 voice minutes

This plan stands out as the most cost-effective option among the new releases.

These budget-friendly plans from Ukraine's leading telecoms give customers a range of choices to suit their communication and internet needs.

The introduction of these new tariffs reflects growing competition among Ukrainian mobile operators and rising consumer demand for more affordable solutions.
