Mobile Communication in August - What to Expect from Operators' Tariffs.
Ukrainians use services from popular mobile operators - Kyivstar, Vodafone, and lifecell. Companies regularly update tariff conditions, improve services, add new offerings, and retire old ones to ensure clients have stable connectivity.
The News.LIVE website reports on what will change in August and how much subscribers will pay for operator services.
How Much Connectivity Will Cost in August
We monitored the official websites of mobile operators and learned about the current prices of tariff plans. As of the end of July 2025, no changes in service conditions are anticipated, so it can be assumed that in the last month of summer, prices for subscribers will remain at the current level.
Kyivstar clients will pay different amounts for call minutes, mobile traffic, and messages. For example, 'ALL TOGETHER Comfort' will cost 220 UAH/month, 'LOVE UA Light Contract' - 250 UAH/month, 'ALL TOGETHER Easy Contract' - 300 UAH/month, and so on.
What Will Change for Subscribers in August
Kyivstar plans several important updates starting August 1, 2025. Firstly, corporate clients will receive improved conditions under the 'Roaming as Home' service. This applies to users of the 'Online', 'Light', 'Optimum', and 'Maximum' tariffs from the Business UA line. At the same time, fees for services will remain unchanged.
Secondly, the mobile operator will discontinue archived packages for fixed-line subscribers. Instead, clients will be automatically switched to a tariff with the greatest content - Premium HD (430+ TV channels, a library with over 20,000 movies/series/shows). Until December 31, 2025, the cost of this package will be 120 UAH/month instead of 200 UAH.
What Else Ukrainians Should Know
It’s worth noting that the mobile operator Vodafone has lowered prices on popular tariffs for new subscribers who transition to the network while retaining their number. Discounts last for 12 months and allow savings of up to 145 UAH per month.
We also reported that Kyivstar has introduced a new service called 'SIM for Router.' Users of the 'ALL TOGETHER Cool' tariff can activate it free of charge as a Superpower, receiving 150 GB of mobile traffic per month. The service costs 70 UAH separately.
Popular mobile operators in Ukraine are preparing for changes in their tariffs and services in August. Kyivstar plans updates for corporate clients and is discontinuing archived packages for fixed-line subscribers, offering more modern and advantageous packages at a reduced price. Vodafone is also making promotional offers for new subscribers.Read also
