According to the organization, the construction of the interchange began near the village of Vita-Poshtova at kilometer 21 847 of the highway in 2021 with the contractor Evrascon and technical supervision from Kocks Consult GmbH (Germany). However, due to the invasion of Russia, the Evrascon company halted work.
