The National Council on Television has expanded the list of banned websites with pirated films.
The National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting has expanded the list of websites used to provide access to banned media services in Ukraine, namely Baskino, Filmix, and HDRezka. This was reported by the regulator's press service.
It is noted that such services are subject to restrictions on the territory of Ukraine. The relevant decisions were made due to the discovery of new websites through which services remain available to users in Ukraine after the restrictions.
In particular, the list was supplemented with 33 websites for Baskino, 13 for Filmix, and 40 for HDRezka.
Within three days, the National Council will inform the National Commission regarding the restriction of access providers to the aforementioned websites.
Currently, 27 media services from the aggressor state are included in the list.
Previously, the National Council added 16 media services to the list of services from the aggressor state. Based on monitoring results and study of materials, the regulator concluded that they meet the requirements of the law of Ukraine 'On Media' and cannot be broadcast on the territory of the country.
