Naftogaz warned about an unpleasant surprise from PrivatBank: you lose the gas discount.
The gas supply company Naftogaz of Ukraine has warned its clients about an unusual situation with PrivatBank. The company's press service reported this.
Naftogaz stated that using the Privat24 app for gas payments may not be beneficial for consumers, as it could result in the loss of the right to a discount. The discount is 1% for timely gas payments made by the 15th of the month, but using Privat24 cancels this discount, even if the payment was made on time. The company does not explain the reasons for this restriction.
To avoid losing the opportunity to save, clients are recommended to use alternative payment methods. Although the discount may seem small, it can be a nice bonus for the family budget. Earlier, there were reports of fines for the non-payment of gas delivery to Ukrainians.
