NAZK topped the salaries of civil servants ranking: who earns over 300 thousand.
According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has presented a new dashboard showing the salaries of civil servants for August 2025. It notes that NAZK ranks first in payments per manager – 366 thousand hryvnias. This was reported by
Court and Legal Newspaper.
Highest salaries among civil servants
The average salary of civil servants consists not only of salaries but also of vacation compensations, health payments, and material assistance, which significantly increases these figures. Following NAZK in the list of highest salaries are the Ministry of National Unity with 289 thousand hryvnias, the State Property Fund – 284 thousand, NADs – 255.9 thousand, and the Accounting Chamber – 209.4 thousand hryvnias.
Among heads of structural divisions, NAZK leads with an average salary of 130.3 thousand hryvnias. It is followed by the AMCU (125.8 thousand), the State Property Fund (123.8 thousand), and NCRECP (122.7 thousand). The Accounting Chamber and the Ministry of Finance each have 119 thousand hryvnias, while the Secretariat of the Cabinet and the Customs Service each have 110 thousand. The Ministry of Digital Transformation pays 101.5 thousand hryvnias.
Specialists also receive substantial salaries:
- The Ministry of Economic Development – 93 thousand UAH
- The Accounting Chamber – 92.5 thousand UAH
- NCRECP – 81 thousand UAH
- The Customs Service – 78 thousand UAH
- NAZK and AMCU – 74 thousand UAH each
A significant difference in salaries is observed among 'servicing personnel':
- In NADs – 169.8 thousand UAH
- The Ministry of Youth – 80 thousand UAH
- The Melioration Agency – 74 thousand UAH
- The Water Resources Agency – 67 thousand UAH
- NAZK – 53.7 thousand UAH
Employees of the State Regulatory Service receive 76.4 thousand UAH. The Patronage Service (assistants) has the following salaries: the Secretariat of the Ombudsman – 96.7 thousand UAH, the Accounting Chamber – 89.7 thousand UAH, the Verkhovna Rada Office – 86.5 thousand UAH.
Salaries in the judicial system in 2025
According to the dashboard data, the heads of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges (HQCJ) receive 263.6 thousand UAH, the High Anti-Corruption Court – 233.1 thousand UAH, the Constitutional Court – 193.5 thousand UAH, the High Council of Justice – 180.2 thousand UAH, the National School of Judges – 176.8 thousand UAH, the Supreme Court – 169 thousand UAH, and the State Judicial Administration – 103.5 thousand UAH. Even an employee of the inactive High Court of Intellectual Property receives 91.2 thousand hryvnias. The disciplinary inspector of the VRP has a salary of 95.4 thousand UAH.
Heads of units in the judicial system earn:
- HQCJ – 148.1 thousand UAH
- Constitutional Court – 110 thousand UAH
- High Council of Justice – 100.4 thousand UAH
- High Anti-Corruption Court – 97.2 thousand UAH
- Supreme Court – 82.9 thousand UAH
- State Judicial Administration – 56.3 thousand UAH
- Judicial Security Service – 40.6 thousand UAH
Patronage in HQCJ – 162.6 thousand UAH, Constitutional Court – 98.8 thousand UAH, High Anti-Corruption Court – 76.9 thousand UAH, High Council of Justice – 62.2 thousand UAH, Supreme Court – 59.3 thousand UAH. Specialists at HQCJ receive 93.7 thousand UAH, servicing personnel – 64.3 thousand UAH, and workers – 68.8 thousand UAH.
