Scorching Temperatures Are Coming: Meteorologist Natalka Didenko Predicts Rain for Ukraine's North and East on July 29.
Weather Forecast for July 29, 2023
According to Espreso.tv: As Ukraine transitions from late July to early August, the weather pattern shifts from scattered thunderstorms to a consistent heatwave. On July 29, 2023, most of the country will remain dry, but brief rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in the Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, and northern Luhansk regions, according to meteorologist Natalka Didenko.
Air temperatures across Ukraine will range from +22 to +25 °C, with southern areas seeing +24 to +28 °C and northern regions cooler at +20 to +22 °C. In Kyiv, precipitation is unlikely, and the capital will experience temperatures around +22 to +23 °C.
"The tail end of July and the start of August will deliver genuine heat across Ukraine, so take note," Didenko warned.
Seasonal Weather Shifts
The late July weather in Ukraine reflects normal seasonal fluctuations, with rain in some provinces and warmth persisting elsewhere. The forecasted temperature surge at the beginning of August signals a transition to a hotter phase of the year, which will affect agriculture and daily life. When planning outdoor activities, it is wise to account for possible weather changes.
Overall, despite localized downpours, a broad warming trend is on the horizon for Ukraine.
