According to UATV: On July 23, 2023, Ukrainian positions faced a staggering 261 enemy assaults within 24 hours. The most intense combat occurred on the Pokrovsk front, where 42 attacks were recorded. Ukrainian troops also endured 53 shelling incidents from the opposing side and successfully repelled numerous offensives across multiple sectors.
- In the South-Slobozhansk direction, 11 enemy attacks were reported.
- The Lyman axis saw 15 assaults.
- Sloviansk experienced 25 enemy charges.
- Kramatorsk faced 5 attacks.
- Kostiantynivka was targeted by 25 assaults.
- Kupiansk recorded a single attack.
- Huliaipole witnessed 13 enemy offensives.
- Oleksandrivsk reported 4 attacks.
Notably, Ukrainian aviation conducted strikes on six areas where Russian forces were concentrated. Additionally, two airstrikes were carried out in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions. On the Orikhiv front, five enemy attempts to advance were halted. Meanwhile, no offensive operations were observed in the Dnipro direction, and no assault groups were detected forming in the Volyn and Polissia sectors.
