According to UATV: During the NATO summit held on July 8 in Ankara, the Alliance reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Ukraine. Secretary General Mark Rutte expressed confidence that allies would maintain their assistance, highlighting the threat posed by Russia. He stated,

“Support for Ukraine is absolutely critical. And I expect that today, allies will once again confirm their dedication to multi-year backing.”

On the sidelines of the summit, Rutte held talks with Ukraine’s president and met with leaders from the Netherlands, Canada, Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Germany. These engagements underscore Ukraine’s active integration into international security efforts.
