Ukraine receives security guarantees that have frightened Russia. Experts believe that such a move could provoke new ultimatums from the Kremlin.

Political scientists believe that the situation is significantly changing in favor of Ukraine, and the development of a military part of security guarantees with Ukrainian and Western partners is planned to come into force after the cessation of hostilities.

“According to the security guarantees that are planned to be provided to Ukraine and European countries […] military units from NATO countries may be present on Ukrainian territory.'

Armed forces will be deployed only after the hostilities conclude, functioning as deterrent forces rather than participating in hostilities, the expert noted.
