Trump plans to unveil the deal with Ukraine regarding rare metals

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that during his speech at the joint session of Congress on March 4, he will reveal plans regarding the deal with Ukraine concerning rare earth metals. He stated this at a briefing at the White House.

Trump also refuted the idea that the deal concerning Ukraine's resources was canceled after his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

'No, I don't think so... It's a great deal for us,' emphasized Trump.

However, the U.S. president expressed his dissatisfaction with Zelensky's stance and advised him to show more gratitude for U.S. support.

'If someone is unwilling to make a deal, they won't stay here long,' Trump added.

Trump stated that peace in Ukraine can be achieved quickly, but some are resisting this. He called for the most rapid end to hostilities, rather than dragging the conflict out for many years.

'Zelensky should be wrong about the duration of the war,' Trump stressed.

Trump also noted that a peaceful resolution requires a deal with both Ukraine and Russia, as both Russia and the Ukrainian people desire peace.

The U.S. president also responded to questions about the cessation of military aid to Ukraine, stating that such a decision has not yet been discussed. However, The Wall Street Journal reported that the Trump administration halted funding for new arms supplies to Ukraine.

Regarding the potential lifting of sanctions on Russia, Trump stated that the U.S. will make deals to bring peace to Ukraine.
