Some Ukrainians can transport things for free.
The Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories reports that Ukrainians who are internally displaced persons or combatants have the opportunity to transport their belongings within Ukraine for free.
For this, the volume of cargo must not exceed 10 cubic meters and the weight - 1 ton. However, even if these limits are exceeded, the cargo can still be transported, but you will need to pay for each additional cubic meter or kilogram.
«In 2024-2025, it is planned to assist about 3 thousand families. In case of a large number of applications, assistance will be provided primarily to the most needy families», the report says.

In addition, a bill has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada that will simplify the confirmation of property rights in the absence of access to technical inventory bureau (TIB) documents in temporarily occupied territories.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has also prohibited the eviction of vulnerable categories of internally displaced persons from temporary housing.
