Dream TeamTrust your instincts! The Last Man Standing game is simple, and British tournaments with prizes of £1,000 can be entered for free. Why not try your luck?
How to Play
Before each round (MW), you need to choose one Premier League team that must win their next match.
If your team wins, you move to the next round, getting closer to the £1,000 grant.
But if your team draws or loses, you will be eliminated.
Here's the catch: each team can only be chosen ONCE.
This means you can't keep choosing Liverpool or Arsenal every week.
If you use your strongest teams too early, you risk running out of options later.
And on the other hand, if you decide to save strong teams for later, you could be eliminated if a mid-table team lets you down.
ReutersLiverpool has won five out of six league matches this season.
If you forget to choose a team by the round deadline (which we do not recommend), a team from the available options will be randomly assigned to you. But if you get eliminated, it will be your fault.
If you reach the end of the prize round and not all players have selected a winner, everyone who participated in the previous round will get another chance.
The last one standing will win the jackpot of £1,000!
Arsenal will host West Ham this weekShutterstock Editorial
The deadline for submitting your first choice is 8 PM this Friday (October 3rd), before the first match of the round starts.
Here are the key matches:
- Bournemouth - Fulham
- Leeds - Tottenham
- Arsenal - West Ham
- Manchester United - Sunderland
- Chelsea - Liverpool
- Aston Villa - Burnley
- Everton - Crystal Palace
- Newcastle - Nottingham Forest
- Wolves - Brighton
- Brentford - Manchester City
Choose the winner from this list, and you will advance to round 8, which will take place immediately after the international break in October.
The Gunners will likely be a popular choice at home against the Hammers, as they sit second in the table, while the latter is 19th.
However, some participants may be wary of the 'new manager bounce' from Nuno Espirito Santo, who now leads the team at the London Stadium.
Or are you ready to take a risk and support Sunderland in their away match at Old Trafford?
Whatever your choice, make sure to submit your entry to our new prize tournament by 8 PM this Friday - good luck!
