According to Novyny.live: On May 28, Russian forces launched a drone attack on Poltava, causing damage to residential buildings and outbuildings. The strike occurred during the night of May 28, with debris from an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle recorded falling within the Poltava community. No casualties have been reported as a result of this attack.

This is not the first time Poltava has been targeted by Russian shelling. Earlier, on May 23, Russian strikes on the city sparked a fire and shattered windows in administrative buildings. Additionally, on March 27, occupying forces hit an industrial facility in the Poltava district, leaving 5,000 households without gas. These repeated attacks highlight the persistent threat to civilian infrastructure in the region.

Debris from an enemy UAV was recorded falling in the Poltava community. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.
