In Kherson, Russian troops targeted civilian vehicles, leaving a 51-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman injured.

“Russian occupiers continue to use drones to attack civilian transport in the city,” reported Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

Additionally, during the night of July 12, Russian forces struck Kherson, the Odesa region, Chernihiv region, and Dnipropetrovsk region. In the Odesa district, a strike hit the upper floors of a multi-story residential building.
