According to UATV: On July 12, Russian forces hit a fire and rescue unit in Bohodukhiv, located in the Kharkiv region. The strike was carried out using a 'Molniya' drone, leaving three emergency responders wounded.

According to Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs, two of the injured were hospitalized, while the third received medical treatment on-site. The attack occurred while the rescuers were performing their professional duties, highlighting the severe risks faced by emergency services amid the ongoing war.
