Backing Ukraine to Bolster European Security
According to TSN.ua: A German Bundestag deputy, Roderich Kiesewetter, has argued that supporting Ukraine is essential for Europe's own security, highlighting the importance of military training and energy supplies. He emphasized that Ukraine plays a pivotal role in countering the threat Russia poses to European stability.
Kiesewetter urged Germany to begin training Ukrainian forces on the use of Taurus missiles without delay. The deputy believes that only through a joint effort with Ukraine can Europe halt the terrorist threat emanating from Russia.

Consequently, German politicians are stressing the critical need for military preparation of Ukrainian forces to ensure regional stability and security.
Germany's Growing Support for Ukraine
The stance of German politicians reflects increasing support for Ukraine in the face of security challenges arising from Russian aggression. Given the prolonged tension in the region, training Ukrainian troops and providing them with necessary weaponry could significantly impact Ukraine's ability to resist external threats. This approach also mirrors a broader European strategy to strengthen continental defense capabilities and collective security. The Taurus missile system is a long-range, precision-guided weapon that would enhance Ukraine's ability to strike strategic targets deep behind Russian lines.
