In Kyiv, a company that illegally helped Ukrainian men cross the border was discovered. They charged $6,000 for this. In addition, they assigned disabilities so that people could cross the border without hindrance.

This illegal scheme was carried out by a law firm that collaborated with members of the MSEC, who decided whom to assign disabilities to. People who wanted to leave the country quickly were assigned a disability Group 2.
After investigative actions, the suspects were caught while handing over a $4,000 bribe.
