However, the Ministry emphasizes that the public dissemination of video and audio materials without the consent of the parties is a violation of legislation and human rights.
Call for Adherence to Ethical Norms During Assessment Procedure
The Ministry of Health urges patients and doctors to adhere to ethical norms and to avoid aggression and pressure during the assessment procedure.
Complaint About the Expert Team's Decision
Patients can file a complaint about the expert team's decision within 40 days, which will be reviewed by the Center for the Evaluation of a Person's Functional State.
The Importance of the Work of Expert Team Doctors
The Ministry of Health emphasizes that the doctors of the expert teams have done a lot of work to transition to the new assessment system and they are very valuable.
Statistics of the Assessment Process
Ukraine has over 1500 expert teams and nearly 6000 doctors working in 290 medical institutions across the country and have already processed over 10000 cases.
