The New Great War in Europe

According to Novyny.live: The New Great War in Europe could significantly rebalance the power dynamics in the world, and Russia may remain a vassal of China. This opinion was expressed by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Yegor Chernev, in an interview with Novyny.LIVE. He emphasized that the current situation in Europe could lead to radical changes in international relations.

According to Chernev,

“what existed for 80 years is breaking apart. Unfortunately, we are on the brink of a larger war in Europe.”
This statement highlights the alarming sentiments among politicians regarding the escalation of conflict and its potential consequences for the region. The deputy indicated that Russia, which is trying to strengthen its positions, may ultimately fall under China's influence.

Putin's Ultimatum

An important moment in this context is the ultimatum put forward by Russian President Vladimir Putin in December 2021, demanding the NATO borders be pushed back to the 1997 level. This move indicates Russia's increasing aggression and its intent to control the situation in Europe.

As noted by Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov,

“a lot is at stake for Putin himself. He did not start this war for just three regions of Ukraine, but for a redistribution of the world.”
Thus, the new great war in Europe could not only change the balance of power on the continent but also establish new rules of the game on a global level, resulting in Russia being under China's control.

The situation in Europe remains tense, and political forecasts indicate the possibility of significant changes in international relations. The escalation of conflict could lead to new alliances and a reassessment of strategic positions by major powers, which, in turn, will affect global stability. In this context, it is essential to closely monitor the developments, as they may have far-reaching consequences for security and the political situation worldwide.
