The government has decided to raise the salaries of specialists who work with war veterans and demobilized individuals. They will now receive at least 25,000 UAH per month, including all allowances and bonuses.
The purpose of this decision is to ensure decent working conditions for specialists who assist veterans during the transition to full civilian life.
The new pay conditions provide for allowances for special or difficult work of up to 50% of the official salary. Specialists will receive appropriate pay based on their qualification categories and work results.
Veterans' companions are crucial for the successful adaptation of military personnel to peaceful life; they provide support in various areas of life and monitor their needs. This decision also includes indexing salaries, which will increase specialists' incomes by 133 UAH.
