New deferment rules: over 700 thousand Ukrainians do not need to contact the TCC.
According to inkorr.com: New rules for deferment from mobilization have been introduced in Ukraine. As reported by the head of the Main Directorate of Information Technologies Oleg Berestovyi, the new procedure implies automatic extensions for most citizens without their participation.
Automation of the Process
Berestovyi explained that this new system concerns over 700 thousand Ukrainians. If the person's data is already present in the state databases, they do not need to do anything — everything happens automatically.
Citizens can apply for deferral through the mobile app 'Reserve+' or personally visit the administrative services center if they do not have access to digital technologies.
'We are relieving the TCC so they can conduct mobilization activities more effectively; this is a priority for the army,' Berestovyi added.
New Rules from November
Starting from November, new rules aimed at digitizing the process, simplifying bureaucracy, and reducing corruption risks came into force. The main advantage is the automatic extension of deferments for those whose data is already entered into the system, allowing citizens to avoid unnecessary worries.
These innovations aim to ease the procedure for obtaining a deferment from mobilization, reducing the need for personal presence and documentation. This, in turn, should lessen the burden on territorial recruitment centers and promote more effective operations of military structures during wartime.
