New Mobilization and Military Record-Keeping Rules

From the beginning of October, new mobilization and military record-keeping rules have come into effect. According to these rules, reservists and conscripts must report to territorial centers for clerical service within a certain period. This period is seven days for residents of administrative centers of regions and ten days for residents of other settlements.

New reporting deadlines to TCC have started to apply. Currently, reservists and conscripts residing in administrative centers of regions such as Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, or Odesa are required to report within seven days after receiving a summons. For residents of other settlements, this period is ten days.

The conditions for summons delivery have also changed. "Ukrposhta" has begun sending out summons, which are generated in the "Oberig" registry and have a special confirming QR code. These summons are sent as registered letters, ensuring delivery reliability and tracking capability.

In September, "Ukrposhta" started sending out summons, made possible by the implementation of centralized electronic summons exchange.
