According to inkorr.com: The Territorial Centers for Recruitment (TCR) in Ukraine have gained the right to independently print summons, significantly speeding up the mobilization process. Previously, this function was performed by central state institutions, but it has now been delegated to regional centers. This innovation allows for the formation of conscription documents to be fully digital.

Previously, the generation of conscription documents and their delivery by mail was carried out by the Ministry of Defense or state printing houses of strategic importance.

The digital signature of the TCR leadership guarantees the authenticity of the documents, and their sending will occur through electronic systems. This innovation has significantly simplified and automated the process of producing summonses for conscripts.

The entire mechanism is designed not only to reduce difficulties in interaction between state services but also to increase work productivity.

Thanks to these changes, TCRs will be able to respond faster to the needs of the army and perform their tasks more effectively, which is especially important in the current wartime conditions. The automation of processes will reduce delays and ease the lives of both conscripts and personnel at the recruitment centers.
